Plot from the urban study of Adéla Filounová, placed in a former leather factory area. A perfect place for the development of the city right outside the city center. Newly designed apartment house offers new housing options in Velké Meziříčí. The typology of the house is more similar to that of a larger city, emphasizing the importance of looking forward into the future where the city center should become more and more concentrated. The house has a sleek modern facade made from aluminum panels to lighten the buildings appearance.
